Does your jewelry contain nickel?

All parts of our jewelry is tested for nickel, lead and cadmium. We follow the guidelines laid down by the EU.

If you are allergic to nickel, it is usually so that you are able to use jewelry made by stainless steel. This is because the material is so hard and solid.

Why does the metal discolor?

Silver colored metal reacts to sulfur and oxygen and the jewelry start to oxidize. This is a natural process.

Does your jewelry have any special care instructions?

Metal:

Our jewelry in silver, gold and rose metal has a protective coating to delay the oxidation process. To avoid that the lacquer on the plated jewelry to disappears, the jewelry should not come in contact with skin lotion, perfume or water. Also, do not store your jewelry in the bathroom. If your jewelry have oxidized you can polish the jewelry.

Stainless steel:

Do not use any polishes on a piece of jewelry in stainless steel. Use a cotton cloth to rub off the stains.

Freshwater pearls:

A pearls can lose their luster and shine if not taken care of correctly. For example, make-up, hairspray and perfume is not good for your pearls. Wipe the pearls with a soft cloth. A pearl can also dry out if kept in cotton and are also sensitive to temperature changes.

We will ship your order within two working days after you placed your order. Then, depending on the shipping company and the local customs authority, it may take a few more days.

Can I return my jewelry?

Yes! Send back your jewelry within 14 days, unused with its labels and in their original packaging along with a copy of your order. We will adjust your purchase and send you a confirmation by email.

How any shipping / handling cost?

For shipments outside Sweden we have a shipping cost of 10 Euro.

Can you send it as a gift?

All our jewelry comes in a silk bag, if you want a gift box, use the text box and write us a message when finish your purchase.
